Questions before you start

Can I create a cartoon from text without a photo?

Not with this tool. It transforms an uploaded photo. Extra instructions refine the edit but do not replace the required photo.

Does it animate the photo?

No. The result is one still PNG image. Comic, watercolor and flat-color are visual styles, not animation modes.
