This Privacy Policy explains what information DeepSwapAI ("we", "us") collects when you use the face swap service at https://deepswapai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you also agree to our Terms of Service.

1. What we collect

Account information

• Email and password when you sign up, or your basic Google profile (email, name, avatar) if you use Google sign-in.
• Display name and avatar, if you set them.

Content you upload and generate

• Source media — photos, multi-photo batches, videos and GIFs you upload.
• Face reference images you provide for a swap.
• Generated outputs produced from your requests.
• Trial image watermark — if your account has no PAID or COMPLETED credit order, each delivered trial image displays DeepSwapAI.com and your 100% complete account email address. Every character is visible; the address is never masked, shortened, hashed, or omitted. The interface shows the exact email address before generation, and a trial image is not delivered without that required watermark.

Purchase and usage information

• Order history and credit balance — purchases, credit grants, credit consumption and automatic refunds for failed tasks.
• Support tickets you submit through the in-app ticket system, including their contents.

Technical data

• Logs such as IP address, browser user agent and request metadata, collected for security, fraud prevention and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

• To operate your account, authenticate your sessions and keep you signed in.
• To run the generation tasks you request and deliver your results.
• To manage credits: deducting credits per generation task, granting any free credits, and automatically refunding credits when a task fails.
• To process payments through our payment partners and keep your order history.
• To respond to your support tickets.
• To keep the service secure — detecting fraud, enforcing our content rules and preventing abuse.

3. Uploaded media and AI processing

When you start a generation task, your uploaded source media and face references are transmitted to third-party AI inference providers solely to generate the output you requested. This is the only reason your content leaves our systems for processing.

Your uploaded content is not used to train AI models.

Your uploads and generated outputs are stored temporarily so the requested task can finish and you can retrieve the result. DeepSwapAI automatically removes these media files from its servers within 24 hours. You can request earlier deletion or delete your account as described in Section 7.

Trial image disclosure. Trial image exports from an account with no PAID or COMPLETED credit order visibly contain DeepSwapAI.com and the account's 100% complete email address. Every character is visible; the address is never masked, shortened, hashed, or omitted. If you download or share a trial image, that complete email address remains visible in the file. After any completed one-time credit purchase, future image exports are watermark-free. Previously generated trial images are not changed retroactively; generate a new image task after purchase. This complete-email rule applies only to trial image exports and does not describe GIF or video watermark behavior.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by the third-party processors and payment methods displayed during checkout, which may include card, Alipay and WeChat Pay depending on availability. These processors handle your payment details directly. DeepSwapAI does not store full card numbers. We keep order and credit-transaction records for accounting, fraud prevention, support and balance history.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies:

• Session cookies — required to keep you signed in and secure your session.
• Preference cookies — remember settings such as interface preferences.

Session cookies are essential; blocking them will prevent you from signing in.

6. When we share information

We share information only in these situations:

• AI inference providers — receive your uploaded media and face references only to generate your requested output, as described in Section 3.
• Payment processors — receive the information needed to complete your purchase.
• Legal requirements — if we are required to disclose information by law, or where disclosure is necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, protect users (including protecting minors and people depicted without consent), or prevent fraud and abuse.

7. Storage, deletion and your controls

• Delete your account at any time from your account settings. This removes your account and the content associated with it.
• Request deletion of your data or specific content via the in-app support ticket system ("My Tickets" in your account area).
• Automatic media deletion — uploads and generated outputs are removed from DeepSwapAI servers within 24 hours. Account, order and credit records may be retained where needed for security, accounting, dispute handling or legal compliance.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection law, such as the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights through the in-app support ticket system, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle, including session-based authentication and security logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

10. Age requirement

DeepSwapAI is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete the account and its data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continuing to use DeepSwapAI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
