When a face swap image is watermark-free
The rule depends on the account purchase state when a new image task is generated. A purchase unlocks future image exports; it does not edit a file that was already created.
Exact image export rule
The trial watermark identifies the account that generated the image
When an account has no PAID or COMPLETED credit order, every delivered trial image visibly contains DeepSwapAI.com and the account's 100% complete email address. Every character is visible: the email is not masked, shortened, hashed, or omitted. If a complete account email is unavailable, the trial image is not delivered without that required watermark.
Scope: this complete-email rule applies only to trial image exports. It does not describe GIF or video watermark behavior.
The interface shows the exact email address before image generation so the account owner can decide whether the resulting file is appropriate to download or share. Review the privacy and consent checklist before publishing an image that contains account information.

A completed purchase changes new image exports, not old files

Paid image workflow
Generate a new task after payment is complete
- Confirm payment status: wait until the order is PAID or COMPLETED, not merely started or pending.
- Open the correct image workspace: use photo face swap, batch face swap, or mapped group-photo face swap.
- Review the displayed cost: a single photo costs 2 credits, batch costs 2 credits per generated output, and a mapped group photo costs 2 credits per selected face.
- Create a new image task: reusing or downloading the old trial result cannot remove pixels already embedded in that file.
- Inspect the new download: verify the file from the new task before sharing it.
Troubleshooting
If a new paid image still appears watermarked
You reopened the old result
Compare the new task time and result URL with the original trial task. A purchase never rewrites an existing trial file.
The task started before payment completed
Create another image task after the qualifying order is recorded. Entitlement is evaluated for the account used by the image worker.
The new task still has the wrong export
Use the official support channel with the order ID and task ID. Do not send source media unless support asks for it.
