No model training on uploads
User media is sent to an AI inference provider only to complete the requested generation and is not used to train models.
Server-enforced credit accounting
Task costs and reward limits are enforced by the server. Failed processing tasks return consumed credits through the task-settlement flow.
Private account media
Upload, output, download, account, checkout, and admin routes are excluded from public indexing and use private or no-store cache controls.

Reviewed August 1, 2026. These boundaries address recurring stale claims about access, subscriptions, watermarks, high-resolution exports, SDKs, webhooks, service levels, scale, and quality metrics.
Focused product scope
DeepSwapAI currently publishes five face-swap workflows: photo, batch photo, mapped group photo, video, and GIF. It does not publish a general-purpose AI tool catalog or an official "153+ tools" count.
Account access and free trial
Generation requires a signed-in account and verified email. An eligible account can combine email verification, daily check-in, and an eligible social share to fund one 3-credit photo task; unlimited free use is not published.
One-time billing
DeepSwapAI currently sells one-time pay-as-you-go credit packs. It does not sell or require a recurring subscription.
Trial image watermark
Before a completed purchase, trial image exports contain DeepSwapAI.com and the account's complete unmasked email. A completed purchase removes the watermark from future image exports only.
Published video limits
The current video workspace publishes 720p and 1080p output, MP4, MOV, and WebM input, a 200 MB target limit, and a 300-second duration limit. DeepSwapAI does not publish a 4K export claim.
Published developer contract
The public API uses Bearer keys, multipart requests, taskId responses, and polling. OpenAPI is published; official SDKs, webhook callbacks, and a public service-level agreement are not.
No invented scale or quality metrics
DeepSwapAI does not publish an accuracy score, quality winner, latency or throughput benchmark, processed-generation count, or user-count claim without a reproducible public evidence source.
Machine-readable source: product-facts.json publishes the same boundaries with exact booleans, limits, pricing references, workflow URLs, and a verification date.

Users must own or have permission to use uploaded content and the likeness of each real person depicted.
Prohibited misuse
Non-consensual sexual content, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, defamation, and unlawful content are prohibited.
