Every character is visible: the email is not masked, shortened, hashed, or omitted. If a complete account email is unavailable, the trial image is not delivered without that required watermark.

Compare the new task time and result URL with the original trial task. A purchase never rewrites an existing trial file.
The task started before payment completed
Create another image task after the qualifying order is recorded. Entitlement is evaluated for the account used by the image worker.
The new task still has the wrong export
Use the official support channel with the order ID and task ID. Do not send source media unless support asks for it.
