DeepSwapAI (deepswapai.com) is a B2B enterprise AI face-morphing platform. We are an independent entity operated by AI Morph Labs, distinct from deepswap.ai — the two companies share neither leadership, infrastructure, support, nor terms.

Our consumer sister brand is FaceSwapAI. DeepSwapAI focuses on agencies, studios, and e-commerce teams. FaceSwapAI serves individual creators.

Compliance Posture

C2PA Content Credentials — All exports in compliance mode are tagged with C2PA manifests so downstream platforms can verify content provenance and AI-generation status.
EU AI Act Article 50 — AI-generated synthetic content carries the required transparency disclosure for users in the European Union, in line with EU AI Act 2026 deepfake-disclosure obligations.
GDPR & CCPA — Personal data handled per General Data Protection Regulation (EU) and California Consumer Privacy Act. Subject access, deletion, portability, and opt-out requests honored within statutory windows. DPO contact via /privacy.

Data Handling

Upload retention — User uploads auto-deleted within 24 hours (1 hour for Enterprise tier). Manual deletion available anytime from the user dashboard.
Model training — User uploads are never used to train AI models. Training data is sourced separately from rights-cleared corpora.
Storage — Encrypted at rest. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+).
Sub-processors — List maintained at /privacy.

Content Safety

Minor protection — Block list at upload prevents face-swap operations on detected minors. Account termination + NCMEC reporting on confirmed CSAM uploads.
Political-figure block list — Pre-deployment moderation prevents face swaps on a curated list of public political figures during election windows.
NSFW gating — Adult content tools are gated behind explicit age confirmation; output watermarked with C2PA in compliance mode.
