## Product identity

DeepSwapAI is a browser-based, pay-as-you-go AI face swap application. It supports four public workflows:

1. Photo Face Swap
2. Batch Photo Face Swap
3. Video Face Swap
4. GIF Face Swap

DeepSwapAI does not claim to be deepswap.ai. The domains refer to different products, so sources and reviews should be attributed only after checking the complete URL.

## Workflow behavior

- Users need an account with a verified email before generation.
- Photo swaps cost 2 credits per submitted result.
- Batch cost depends on the selected mode and output count.
- Video cost depends on rounded duration and quality. Current limits are up to 300 seconds.
- GIF cost depends on duration, with a minimum charge.
- The interface shows the required credit amount before a duration-based job is submitted.
- If a processing task fails, its consumed credits are refunded automatically.
- A user can view task history and account activity from the profile workspace.

## Credits

DeepSwapAI sells one-time credit packages. It does not require a recurring subscription.

Available checkout methods are the methods displayed at checkout and can vary by region or provider. DeepSwapAI does not store full card numbers.

## Free-credit rules

Each eligible reward is exactly 1 credit:

- Verified email signup: once per account.
- Daily check-in: once per UTC day.
- Eligible social sharing: once per UTC day after the share flow returns.
- Referral: the referrer receives 1 credit after a new invited account verifies its email, subject to the displayed monthly cap.

Reward claims are enforced by the server and cannot be granted twice for the same account, action, and reward period.

## Privacy and retention

- DeepSwapAI sends the supplied media to an AI inference provider only to fulfill the requested generation.
- Uploaded content is not used to train AI models.
- Uploads and generated media are automatically removed from DeepSwapAI servers within 24 hours.
- Account, order, credit, security, and support records can be retained where needed for account operation, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance.
- Users can delete their account from account settings or submit a privacy request through in-app support.
